Workgroup Lead SOP

In this role you lead a ~15‑person team responsible for maintaining high-tech pipeline inspection equipment, ensuring quality and reliability. You will drive ownership, continuous improvement, and growth, aligning with the company’s strategic direction. You’ll manage performance, develop staff, and coordinate cross-functional work to adapt to changing priorities. • Bachelor-level education (HBO) in a technical or business-related field
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Affinity for planning and organizing work
• Experience with ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• German proficiency is a plus
• Certificate of good conduct (VOG) required or part of procedure
