Business Development Manager Aquaculture

As Business Development Manager for aquaculture, you will translate market needs into strategic plans and product solutions. You’ll drive global growth by shaping an aquaculture portfolio, coordinating with R&D, product, and regional sales, and building key partnerships. You will manage opportunities pipeline, roll out market access routes, and collaborate with marketing to propel sustainable growth in a fast‑growing, international setting. • Translate aquaculture strategy into a global BD plan and execute with regions
• Identify market trends and sustainable opportunities; support regional strategy
• Drive and manage a pipeline of new opportunities with regional sales
• Gather market & competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Develop innovative business cases and align innovations with long-term aquaculture strategy
• Collaborate with R&D, technical, and product teams to create solutions portfolio
• Translate customer needs into products/solutions in cooperation with product/technical teams
• Create value propositions for new product-market combinations; support by trials
• Develop and roll out routes to market for new segments/territories in coordination with sales, marketing, technical, and regulatory
• Collaborate with marketing and regional sales to implement BD-driven marketing communications
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, and distributors; explore collaborations for new products/markets/joint ventures

• at least 10 years in international B2B feed industry, farming, raw materials, or ingredients with a sustainability focus
• strong affinity with the aquaculture segment
• Bachelor and/or scientific degree in Food Science, Aquaculture, or Animal Science
