Marketing Manager for Denza- Netherlands

In this role you will shape and execute the regional marketing strategy for premium electrified mobility in the Benelux region. You’ll align local plans with global marketing guidance and drive campaigns, events, PR, and budget management to raise brand visibility. You will partner with agencies, dealers, media, and influencers to deliver compelling customer experiences and measurable results. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with growth opportunities at a high-tech NEV leader.

• Define the marketing plan across the responsible countries in alignment with business objectives and global marketing strategic guidelines
• Plan and lead the execution of national events, conducting post-event analysis to assess effectiveness and provide insights for improvements
• Develop and manage regional advertising and digital campaigns across local markets with appointed agencies
• Provide digital assets for local market use and ensure effective utilization during national campaigns
• Supervise dealer marketing plans and monitor execution by dealer partners
• Contribute insights for the European marketing plan and monitor competitor activities, including product and financial benchmarks
• Develop and manage local advertising and PR campaigns in partnership with appointed agencies
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget with efficient resource allocation
• Supervise relationships with press, media, agencies and digital influencers to ensure visibility for the brand and product stories
• Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate initiative success and inform future strategies
• Collaborate with and support European PR and events teams for local activities
• Foster relationships with digital media and social influencers
• Act as a brand ambassador prioritizing customer experience
• Engage in European events or activities as needed
