Sr. Finance Business Partner (f/m/x)

In this Sr. Finance Business Partner role, you partner with supply chain, procurement, and DC leadership across BNL and Nordics to turn cost data into actionable insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. You’ll own COGs and packaging FP&A and help drive cross-market financial improvements. The role blends close operational exposure with high-level financial partnering to shape cost efficiency and performance. You’ll work with central FP&A on strategic projects and broaden your exposure to the full P&L in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Lead COGs and packaging budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for BNL and Nordics
• Perform variance analysis and build cost bridges, explaining drivers like inflation, volume, and waste for executives
• Partner with Procurement, Menu Planning, and DC Operations to monitor pricing, contracts, and performance
• Own and improve the regional COGs reporting suite, including theoretical consumption models and cost tracking
• Automate COGs data pipelines using SQL and Databricks to reduce manual reporting
• Benchmark theoretical vs. actual COGs to identify gaps and mitigate issues like waste and yield loss
• Collaborate with central FP&A on strategic initiatives and cross-functional efficiency drives

• 5+ years in FP&A or commercial finance with focus on COGs, procurement finance, supply chain, or manufacturing cost management
• Strong understanding of food or FMCG cost structures including ingredient pricing, packaging, and DC costs
• Analytical, curious, and capable of challenging numbers and outputs
• Proven ability to build relationships with operations and procurement stakeholders
• Experience operating across multiple markets and adapting to different business contexts
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets in cloud/data warehouse environments; Databricks a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a subscription or high-volume, low-margin consumer environment is a plus
• Fluency in English; Dutch or other BNL language an advantage
