FX Trader

In this role you drive centralized FX and interest-rate hedging as part of the Group Treasury, shaping how the company manages market risk. You’ll translate market signals into actionable insights and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Legal, and regional teams to align hedging with global strategy. You’ll lead trading activities, advise stakeholders, and contribute to Treasury improvements and platform enhancements. This position offers a high-impact, international environment with opportunities to influence risk management at scale.

• Own FX and interest rate hedging aligned with global risk strategy
• Monitor markets and translate macro developments into actionable insights
• Identify and mitigate FX and rate risks with tailored hedges
• Advise Treasury, Finance, business and capital markets stakeholders
• Build and manage relationships with international financial institutions
• Ensure competitive pricing and high-quality execution with market intelligence
• Partner with regional Treasury teams and central functions
• Contribute to strategic Treasury projects and trading process improvements
• Co-own maintenance and development of trading platforms with Treasury Tech/IT
• Support development of global Treasury capabilities through knowledge sharing

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related discipline; CFA qualification is an advantage
• Experience in FX and/or interest rate trading (banking sector preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, hedging strategies and global macro developments
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms (FXAll, 360T, Bloomberg, Reuters)
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
