Senior Business Partner & Head of HR Benelux

In this role you will serve as the strategic HR partner for the Benelux OPCO, aligning people strategy with business goals across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will lead HR delivery, governance, and compliance while shaping a consistent employee experience in a cross-border context. Working with the Head of HR, Central Europe, you’ll drive transformation as the organization digitizes services and enhances performance. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused position in a global HR context.

• Strategic business partnership to the Benelux OPCO MD and leadership team on business strategy, workforce planning and people priorities
• Own the Benelux HR agenda, translating global strategy into local, compliant policies and practices
• Lead Country HR teams (Netherlands & Belgium) and develop capability and accountability
• Drive talent, succession, and organisational effectiveness to support business performance
• Provide HR governance, compliance oversight and risk mitigation across Belgium and the Netherlands
• Represent Benelux in enterprise HR discussions and coordinate with Global Centres of Expertise
• Support HR transformation initiatives, digitizing services and ways of working

• Senior HR leadership experience in a large international organization with multi-country responsibility
• Strong strategic business partnering capability with credibility with executive leadership
• Deep understanding of employment law in Belgium and the Netherlands and EU regulations
• Experience with union negotiations and relations with employee representatives
• Proven ability to lead HR teams and drive continuous improvement in a global context
• Ability to collaborate across different levels and cross-border teams
