As Senior Procurement Operations Manager, you lead the Procurement Operations function to ensure a scalable, efficient, and commercially strong supply chain for Factor. You will oversee end-to-end procurement, inventory governance, and supplier performance, aligning with Planning, Production, Finance, Culinary, and Operations. You drive continuous improvement, OTIFQ delivery, and waste reduction to support Factor’s growth. • Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team including purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction
• Own end-to-end procurement processes to ensure OTIFQ delivery for uninterrupted production
• Drive inventory governance to maintain product availability and reduce waste and stock risk
• Champion zero-waste strategy via optimisation of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Culinary, and Production to optimise purchasing strategies and daily operations
• Monitor procurement KPIs, data quality, and system accuracy to drive improvements
• Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and standardise procurement and inventory processes using data and technology
• Create reporting and dashboards to provide visibility on procurement performance, inventory health, and supplier metrics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making

• 5-6+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement or Production
• Stress resilience with hands-on approach
• Proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work weekends occasionally and travel
• Excellent cross-team communication across cultures
• Fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus
