As Senior Account Manager at Le Pub Amsterdam, you will steward international client relationships and oversee multi-market campaigns from brief to delivery. You’ll bridge creativity, strategy, and production to ensure consistent quality across markets and channels. • Lead daily management of global accounts ensuring alignment between client objectives and agency output
• Translate strategic briefs into actionable plans guiding creative and production processes
• Oversee campaign development and execution across multiple markets
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships as a strategic partner
• Ensure consistency and quality of deliverables across channels, markets, and teams
• Manage stakeholders across internal departments, regional hubs, and external partners
• Track performance, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver post-campaign reporting
• Support senior leadership in identifying opportunities for organic account growth

• 5+ years in international or regional client management
• Experience managing complex, multi-market campaigns end-to-end
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and cross-channel strategy
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
• Proven experience in advertising agencies
• Comfortable working with different markets and cultures
• Strategic thinker with hands-on project management skills
• Experience with creative, media, strategy, and production teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Educated to HBO/university level
