Product Manager IGT-S

In this role, you guide the Azurion platform’s evolution by translating customer needs and market insights into value-driven enhancements for image-guided therapy. You’ll lead lifecycle management and design-modification activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard quality, improve cost competitiveness, and drive ongoing product improvement. You enable impactful, AI-informed innovation within the PDLM framework and ensure timely market execution. This position offers the chance to shape a critical, patient-focused platform at Philips.

• base salary range 81,000 – 101,000 EUR

• Prioritize and communicate lifecycle activities for the Azurion platform and assess market impact of changes
• Define scope of MLD activities to improve platform quality, obsolescence resilience, and customer fit
• Maximize lifecycle value through installed-base management and upgrade paths
• Support or lead PDLM initiatives translating customer needs into compelling business cases and product requirements
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and support market launches
• Collaborate with market organizations, Sales Enablement and Downstream marketing to boost sales performance and platform improvements

• 5 years of Product Management experience in healthcare technology
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills with proven project and stakeholder management
• Ability to define value propositions, competitive analysis, pricing strategies and evolving market requirements
• Interest in AI and data-driven innovation to improve efficiency and insights
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, service, and commercial teams
