In this role, you will define and drive the channel’s annual strategy within EU eCom, aligning with global and market ambitions. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate market needs into actionable plans, shaping long-term eCom growth. Expect to manage the current-year strategy, deliver quarterly performance insights, and support market-wide planning with a clear, commercial perspective. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help simplify complex processes to unlock value.

• Define and execute the channel's annual strategy with channel leadership and team leads, aligning to longer-term ambitions
• Deliver the current-year strategy kickoff event and manage quarterly performance updates
• Contribute to market-wide strategy (Game Plan) and maintain cadence with EU BD for tracking
• Support the Global Digital & Tech prioritization by translating market needs into capability requirements
• Identify capability gaps via Growth Team and capture demand in the annual process; manage in-year demand for Single Market Needs
• Drive simplification of demand processes and maintain a commercial, cross-functional perspective
• Act as primary contact for major stakeholders; manage communications, escalations, and change management
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and proactive issue resolution across teams

• University degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in project management or related topics
• Proven market business acumen
• 3-5 years in the ecosystem environment of the project area
• Experience with stakeholders at various seniority levels across functions
• 1+ year of team leadership experience
• Experience in Finance is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally
