As a Senior Quantitative Business Analyst, you design and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve internal efficiency and decision-making. You’ll lead cross-team initiatives within a flat OPS culture, collaborating with data engineers on AWS to scale impactful automations. The role blends entrepreneurship with hands-on building—from problem framing to deployment and ongoing optimization. You’ll bridge tech and business, delivering pragmatic, high-impact outcomes that support Sendcloud’s growth.

• Starting salary 66,300 annually plus 8% holiday allowance

• Lead cross-team projects and set engineering and collaboration standards for AI initiatives
• Own end-to-end solutions from problem framing to deployment and post-live optimization
• Coach and mentor other QBAs, raising the team's overall capability in AI
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, high-impact data/AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and value delivery
• Drive early value delivery through an entrepreneurial mindset and iterative improvement

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
• Located in Brabant or Limburg and available to work in office at least 3x per week
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
