SAP Project Manager

Senior SAP Project Manager leading a multi-country S/4HANA rollout for a global manufacturing group. You will oversee country waves, align stakeholders, and integrate functional workstreams into a central template, driving cutover, go-live and hypercare. This on-site, delivery-focused role requires coordinating across eight to nine markets with extensive travel and strong PM discipline. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus. You shape scalable rollout patterns and partner with local teams to deliver value.

• Own project plan, scope, risks and stakeholder alignment across country waves
• Coordinate functional workstreams into the global S/4HANA template
• Manage cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
• Work on-site with local teams and report into the central programme
• Facilitate cross-country collaboration and governance across markets
• Ensure deliverables meet time, budget and quality targets

• 15+ years in SAP with a strong project/programme management track record
• Proven multi-country rollout experience, ideally S/4HANA template deployments
• Solid functional grounding across core SAP modules
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel most of the working week
• Retail or consumer manufacturing background and Dutch is advantageous
