Merchandising Manager

As Manager Regional Merchandiser, you align regional assortments with global strategies to drive commercial success in the EMEA region. You work closely with Hub teams and Visual Merchandising to ensure a consumer-relevant, channel-optimized product mix. You’ll own the regional assortment architecture, forecast volumes, and rollout plans, delivering timely launches and robust in-market execution. This role supports the Full Price Buying & Merchandising team in enhancing efficiency and driving growth across channels.

• Develop the EMEA assortment architecture and manage product selection for regional growth and profitability
• Own and execute the EMEA category strategy, inform forecasting with market trends and consumer insights
• Collaborate with Hub Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to align global intent with local opportunities
• Execute regional buying and assortment strategies including forecasting and commitments at style level
• Roll out regional assortments, coordinate showroom setups, launch strategies, and in-market execution
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new systems and processes to increase merchandising efficiency

• 7-10 years’ experience in Merchandising for a fashion retailer
• Proven track record in regional assortment planning and execution in Full Price environments
• Strong understanding of regional market trends and consumer behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-based environment
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with data-driven decision capabilities
• Advanced written and spoken English communication to executive stakeholders
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Leadership experience with mentoring and developing teams
• Ability to travel abroad
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
