• Lead and shape business proposals and scoping documents
• Drive transformative change with a clear strategic vision
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and timelines
• Spearhead business development and market expansion in Dutch and European markets, building long-term alliances
• Coach and coordinate teams within the Business Transformation group and collaborate across functions
• Maintain senior relationships in the Wealth & Asset management sector and engage in industry forums
• Contribute to practice development, talent mentoring, and proposition design

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Completed Masters degree in a related field
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-led transformations
• Deep asset management industry expertise
• Hands-on experience with large investment management platforms (Aladdin, Alto)
• Ability to operate in high-pressure client environments with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of investment operations and back/mid-office processes
• Experience with asset management platforms (Aladdin, Alto, SimCorp, Charles River) is valued
• Commercial capability with active business development and revenue accountability
