Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Sr Analyst at PepsiCo, you’ll lead strategic hiring for professional roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to forecast needs and build robust pipelines. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, use data to inform decisions, and elevate the candidate experience. • Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and senior stakeholders to define recruitment strategies and align hiring plans with workforce priorities
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and employer branding
• Own end-to-end recruitment including requisition creation, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Recruit specialized talent across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, R&D) using labor market insights and talent analytics
• Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure ATS/CRM data accuracy, and drive process improvements to compliance and outcomes
• Provide market insights, interview guidance, and structured assessments to candidates and stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels
• Fluency in English
