Digital Assets Trader

As an Experienced Digital Assets Trader, you will develop and optimize profitable strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets, collaborating with traders, quants and engineers to scale ideas from concept to production. You’ll help run 24/7 trading, risk management, and tooling improvements while seeking market inefficiencies across exchanges and protocols. The role combines hands-on trading with cross-team research to drive portfolio performance. This is a high-impact position in a global, collaborative environment with a clear focus on crypto market structure and performance.

• Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
• Contribute to 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies
• Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
• Contribute research and insights to improve team performance and strategy portfolio

• Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading prop trading firm, market maker or crypto-native desk
• Proven PnL generation from strategies you personally built and deployed in production
• Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading
• Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
• Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
• Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
• Comfortable working flexible hours
• Strong quantitative skills with programming and data handling capabilities (e.g. Python, SQL)
