(Senior) Manager Financial Services

In this Senior Manager role, you lead client projects and teams, drive large program engagements, and develop senior staff within a Dutch market and international network. You will shape business strategy, process improvements, and regulatory transformations for financial services clients, while contributing to Sia’s brand through thought leadership. You’ll combine client development with cross-border collaboration to scale insights and solutions. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of strategy, operations and data-driven transformation.

• Lead teams and deliver project work for diverse clients from Amsterdam or client sites
• Sell and deliver large program engagements and drive business development
• Mentor and develop senior team members

• Master's Degree
• ≥10 years of management consulting experience
• English & Dutch speaker with strong communication/presentation skills
• Strong network within the Dutch banking or insurance market
• Experience in business development and sales of consulting services
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and growth orientation
