Manager Insurance

In this Manager role, you lead project teams across client sites or from Amsterdam, driving growth and delivering strategic outcomes. You’ll mentor colleagues, collaborate across Sia offices, and contribute to the Dutch insurance market brand. You’ll work on strategy, operating model change, risk transformation, and innovation initiatives, shaping client journeys with data and AI insights. • Lead project teams and deliver client work across multiple engagements
• Drive revenue growth and business development
• Create proposals and client materials
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Collaborate across Sia offices and support cross-selling
• Monitor financial services industry developments and contribute to brand in Dutch insurance market
• Define and implement business strategy, digital strategy, and financial modelling projects
• Support regulatory/operational risk transformation and risk compliance initiatives
• Oversee project management with internal and external stakeholders

• 5-10 years of experience in (management) consulting
• Experience delivering change to a top-tier insurance company; banking experience is a plus
• Strong entrepreneurial drive with client and business development focus
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to develop expertise
• Good understanding of insurance products, processes, and insurtech/fintech
• Strong network within the Dutch insurance market
• Strong academic background (e.g. business, mathematics, economics)
• Dutch native speaker; excellent English communication skills considered a plus
