Manager Banking

As Manager Banking, you will lead consulting missions for banking clients, shaping solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll guide cross-functional teams and contribute to market growth in Belgium, with potential involvement in the Netherlands. You will develop banking market knowledge, craft thought leadership, and coach consultants to lift performance. This role centers on transforming clients’ business models through data and AI-enabled insights within an international, diverse environment.

• Lead consulting missions at client sites and ensure delivery quality
• Coordinate and guide junior consultants on engagements
• Support market share growth in Banking in Belgium; contribute to Netherlands business development
• Develop thought leadership materials (case studies, articles) and contribute to marketing and prospecting
• Build in-depth knowledge of Belgian and broader banking markets; analyze trends and models
• Coach and mentor consultants in the Banking & Insurance line in the Netherlands

• Master in Business (or equivalent) from a top university
• 5–10 years of relevant banking consulting experience
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development skills
• Ability to monitor market trends and adapt offerings; drive prospection
• Track record of delivering projects and managing teams
• Strong personal domain expertise and readiness to deliver consulting services
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise
• Bilingual Dutch and English (Dutch mandatory)
