Description As a welder reinforcement steel, you’ll join a company producing prefab concrete elements. Your main tasks include: Reading technical drawings Cutting and grinding steel wire to size Welding steel according to the drawing (spot welding) You’ll work full-time in 8-hour shifts, starting between 5:00 and 7:00 am. If you don’t have welding experience but can read technical drawings, we’ll teach you how to weld on the job. About the client You’ll work at a company that produces prefab concrete elements for the construction industry. The work environment is approachable, colleagues help each other, and there’s a pleasant atmosphere. Requirements A hands-on mentality Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn Ability to spot weld or willingness to learn At least 1 year of experience in a technical position Physically healthy Able to get to the work location independently Able to speak Dutch Our offer Salary between €3033 and €3300 gross per month, depending on experience 32 vacation days 8% holiday allowance Temporary commuting allowance of €0.25 per kilometer Opportunities for advancement Work clothing provided Weekly pay Personal guidance Extras like a summer BBQ and Christmas package
