D365 Project Manager (Finance Transformation – Functional, D365)

Location: The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands

Start Date: ASAP (latest 8 September 2025)

Length: 6-month contract (multi-year programme)

Rate: DOE

We’re looking for a functional IT Project Manager to join a multi-year finance transformation programme, leading the migration from legacy systems (Great Plains, AX12) to Dynamics 365 (Business Central & F&O).

This is a business-facing role, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of ERP solutions.

What you’ll do

• Act as the functional lead, bridging IT and business teams
• Guide and support functional testing & user acceptance
• Facilitate workshops, reporting, and issue resolution
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Support change management and adoption across functions

What we’re looking for

• Broad ERP/D365 functional knowledge (Finance & Supply Chain focus)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in reporting, testing, and issue resolution
