Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goes for a Financial Director. The FD will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring company performance. Tasks include managing accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, providing strategic financial guidance, and reporting to senior leadership. You will play a central role in ensuring financial health and compliance while contributing to long-term business growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Finance and Accounting to ensure structured and efficient financial management.
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Analysis for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Proven retail and e-commerce experience.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present financial insights.
• Leadership qualities and experience managing financial teams and processes are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial/ERP software is an advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential for this position.
