Senior Program Manager - AI Infrastructure Services

As Senior Program Manager for AI Infrastructure Services, you will drive large-scale AI and Data Center transformation programs for Dell Technologies’ strategic customers. You’ll manage multi-site implementations across a global customer base, aligning program outcomes with business value and executive expectations. You’ll establish governance, oversee cross-functional delivery, and navigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role offers impact at scale, shaping modern data centers and AI readiness within a global services context.

• Establish program governance and delivery assurance for high-quality execution
• Manage large, complex portfolios across multiple sites and workstreams
• Develop RAID logs, change control, escalation handling and executive reporting
• Serve as primary contact for executive communications across programs
• Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive alignment across technical, operational and business teams to realize business value
• Coach, mentor and lead program teams

• Extensive experience leading large-scale programs and complex delivery organizations with PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent)
• Proven track record delivering complex Data Center infrastructure and IT services programs
• Hands-on Data Center infrastructure knowledge (power/cooling, racks, cabling, compute/storage/networking)
• Experience in design/build/deploy/commissioning/expansion of enterprise, colocation, hyperscale or AI-focused Data Centers
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure deployment and Data Center modernization
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and communicating with C-Suite stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Ability to operate independently under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe, Middle East and Africa
