Design Engineer

In this Design Engineer role, you drive product development from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability and quality. You collaborate with Production, Product Management, Quality, and external partners to bring products to market. You own technical solutions across the development lifecycle, including industrialization and ramp-up. You join a cross-functional, internationally engaged team to shape innovative products for production readiness and market success. • Develop products from concept to series production
• Create precise 3D models and tooling, ensuring manufacturability and cost targets
• Optimize products through technical problem-solving and tooling changes to final approval
• Collaborate with Production, Product Management, Quality, Toolmaking, and external partners
• Support prototypes, pilot production, and production ramp-ups for series manufacturing
• Produce technical documentation, drawings, and CAD data with timely availability

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent vocational training with experience
• Strong 3D CAD experience, ideally with PTC Creo
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the path from concept to series production
• Structured, solution-oriented work style with clear stakeholder communication
• Good Dutch and English language skills
