Asset Management and Development Analyst

You will support Stadshart Amstelveen’s long-term vision through commercial analysis, financial modelling and strategic insight. In collaboration with Asset Management, Development, Leasing and Finance teams, you’ll influence investment decisions and asset performance for a flagship destination. You’ll build and refine financial models, support valuations, and help prioritise development projects to create long-term value. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop long-term vision, strategy and business plans for Stadshart Amstelveen
• Build and optimise financial models, incl. feasibility, cash flows, sensitivities and investment analyses
• Support quarterly valuations and financial performance reviews
• Prepare presentations for investment committees and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Leasing, Development and Asset Management on commercial opportunities
• Coordinate reporting, updates and project tracking
• Participate in commercial discussions, negotiations and investment decisions
• Use data, market knowledge and financial insight to inform recommendations and decision-making

• Experience in asset management, development, real estate, valuation, finance or consulting (preferred)
