Client Service Associate (French + Dutch Speaking)

In this role, you support clients within Saxo Bank’s Global Sales division, helping them access information and navigate trading platforms. You will answer questions on investment products and market events, build solid client relationships, and contribute to customer satisfaction. You will receive structured training to deepen investment knowledge and confidently address product-related inquiries. This position offers exposure to a dynamic, international environment and a clear path for development in financial markets.

• Handle customer support queries and assist clients in using the platform
• Answer questions about investment products (options, turbos, futures) and trading systems
• Provide information on Saxo Bank products (Self-Investing and Asset Management) and proactively present options
• Discuss investment opportunities and communicate current market events to clients
• Complete internal training and courses (e.g., DSI Securities Trader and DSI Integrity)

• Fluency in French and Dutch (CEFR/IELTS C1+)
• Organized with the ability to multitask
• Curious with a problem-solving mindset
• Completed secondary education
