Application Services Coordinator

In this role you ensure the reliable operation and continuous improvement of a portfolio of business applications across Europe, acting as the bridge between business users, vendors and technology teams. You own application service management, coordinate changes, and drive value through collaborations with regional and global IT/IS groups. You’ll enhance user experiences, support governance, and help deliver upgrades with minimal disruption. • Own day-to-day operation, availability and performance of assigned applications
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution and root cause analysis
• Monitor application health, interfaces and KPIs; maintain documentation and knowledge articles
• Act as liaison between business users, vendors and IT teams; manage vendor performance and user adoption
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, patches, enhancements, and change requests; support projects and deployments
• Ensure security, audit, data protection, continuity and recovery requirements are met; promote continuous improvement

• 3-10 years of experience in Application Management or Business Applications Support
• Experience with enterprise applications and third-party vendors
• Experience coordinating enhancements, releases or project activities
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and application lifecycle management
• Troubleshooting applications, integrations and data-related issues
• Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, interfaces and ERP environments
• Familiarity with application service management practices
