Chief Engineer – Vehicle Systems

As Chief Engineer you ensure the technical integrity and maturity of the complete vehicle, from concept to lifecycle. You define the overall vehicle architecture and ensure cross-domain integration across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software systems. You lead critical technical decisions and drive the vehicle toward production readiness, balancing performance, safety, quality, cost, and manufacturability. You provide technical leadership to the engineering organization and verify the integrated vehicle against requirements.

• Own the technical definition and integrity of the complete vehicle across concept, development, validation, and production launch
• Act as the ultimate technical decision authority for architectural choices and cross-disciplinary conflicts
• Drive technical maturity and risk management to achieve design maturity and industrial readiness
• Provide technical leadership and ensure system-level reasoning and evidence-based decisions
• Oversee vehicle-level verification and validation of interfaces and interactions
• Ensure safety, cybersecurity, reliability, diagnostics, maintainability, and regulatory considerations are reflected in architecture and processes
