Client Solutions Associate (Amsterdam, February 2027)

In this role, you build deep client relationships to boost product adoption and onboarding. You’ll combine FactSet knowledge with finance and tech to offer tailored solutions and train clients. You act as a client advocate to Product Development, helping improve workflows and drive customer success. You’ll work across teams to understand client needs and impact the client experience and product usage. • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand workflows and investment processes
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes
• Plan and conduct product trainings in client offices and at seminars
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solution-based outcomes using FactSet products
• Gather and convey client feedback to Product Development to improve offerings
• Promote user adoption and smooth onboarding through training and processes
• Expand knowledge of financial markets and work with multiple clients
• Maintain professional service standards and avoid providing financial advice or management consulting

• Client-facing experience or desire to work in a support role
• Ability to learn and use new technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (required); Dutch is a plus
• Ability to build relationships and work in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Master's degree conferred by January 2027
