AEPE Benelux Business Operations Analyst

In this role, you support the AEPE Benelux region by coordinating PMO-driven programs, governance routines, and assurance activities. You will help improve visibility, traceability, and delivery across market workstreams, audits, and regulatory inquiries. The position blends project management, risk governance, and digital process improvements to scale operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive timely decisions and continuous improvement in a regulated, multinational environment. • Coordinate regional AEPE programs and workstreams with plans, milestones, actions, and delivery risks
• Prepare governance materials and management reports for regional reviews
• Escalate blockers and maintain evidence of decisions and completion
• Support portfolio prioritization and consolidated visibility of demand and progress
• Provide PMO coordination for internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and 2LOD activities
• Coordinate evidence requests and remediation actions across markets
• Maintain audit-ready SharePoint repositories and traceable records
• Produce progress reporting and escalate risks or gaps to meet timelines
• Design and maintain SharePoint solutions and workflows to support processes
• Deliver dashboards and executive materials with concise, decision-oriented updates
• Perform data checks to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Document operating procedures and governance frameworks in a centralized repository
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve data quality and user experience
• Support governance processes and stakeholder coordination across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within AEPE Business Operations
• Assist with new initiatives and regulatory changes by organizing delivery and readiness
• Engage in third-party management tasks when required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen control environment

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Risk Management, Law or related discipline
• Experience in PMO, Business Operations, Risk Management, Governance, Audit, Compliance, or regulatory/project delivery in a multinational environment
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and governance materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and own defined deliverables
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with assertive follow-up and escalation when needed
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SharePoint and collaborative document repositories
• Experience with workflow automation or similar reporting/tools is highly valued
• Fluency in English and at least Dutch or French
