Senior Solution Engineer - Acquisition

Senior Solution Engineer in the Netherlands to translate Snowflake’s technology into business value across customer accounts. You’ll partner with sales and partners to address customer needs, guide evaluations, and drive technical wins. The role blends deep data expertise with clear storytelling to executives and engineers, while staying at the forefront of Snowflake’s evolving tech. You will contribute to a fast-moving, AI-native culture that shapes how work gets done and accelerates customer success.

• Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake value across the sales cycle from demo to PoC to implementation
• Develop technical champions within accounts to drive deals
• Stay at the cutting edge of Snowflake tech and present roadmap features
• Maintain industry awareness of competitors and position Snowflake effectively
• Collaborate with other SEs to share learnings from wins and losses
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and messaging
• Represent Snowflake at events
• Coordinate with ecosystem and implementation partners on joint architectures
• Contribute to and execute Account & territory plans with the broader ecosystem

• Solution engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant analytics/data engineering background
• Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Understanding of data architecture, data analytics and cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Ability to solve customer business problems using Snowflake solutions
• Strong customer-facing communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluency or native Dutch
