Senior Technical Project Manager – Pharma Manufacturing

You will lead cross-functional, technical IT and digital manufacturing projects to modernize Breda's manufacturing operations. In a matrix setup, you drive project delivery from planning to handover, coordinating engineering, IT/OT, quality, and suppliers. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and validation within a GMP environment, supported by global experts. This opportunity lets you shape manufacturing technology adoption at scale and collaborate with diverse teams. • Lead complex IT and digital manufacturing projects from initiation to handover
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams with emphasis on priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, resources, risks, and decisions
• Coordinate implementation and integration of manufacturing technologies and supporting infrastructure
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, IT/OT, Automation, and Validation teams to ensure delivery
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, system integrators, and equipment suppliers
• Oversee technical requirements, design reviews, testing, qualification, validation, and releases
• Identify risks and adapt to changing priorities within a complex manufacturing environment
• Ensure GMP, quality, cybersecurity, validation, and data integrity compliance
• Support change management, employee training, and operational readiness
• Communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels
• Ensure documentation, ownership, and training before handover to operations

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
• 10–15 years project management experience in technical IT, manufacturing tech, automation, or digital transformation
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience managing GMP-regulated projects
• Experience managing complex projects from planning to handover
• Experience in a matrix organization coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional fluency in English
