Sales Finance Manager

As Sales Finance Manager you will steer financial planning, analysis, and decision support for key Strategic Accounts in Benelux, working with Customer Group Directors and cross-functional teams to grow profit and optimize sales. You’ll lead financial rituals, forecast performance, and shape joint business plans, while managing deal-making and risk to maximize long-term value. This role blends finance ownership with strategic account leadership in a fast-paced, merit-driven environment. You will play a pivotal role in translating financial insights into growth initiatives and value for customers and Kraft Heinz.

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and business cases for Strategic Accounts
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast sales, revenue, and profitability
• Collaborate on annual and joint business planning with Sales and Finance
• Analyze promotions, pricing strategies, digital shelf, and assortment to guide decisions
• Own negotiation strategy and deal structure during year-deal execution with cross-functional leaders
• Coordinate weekly/monthly financial rituals and communicate insights to senior leadership

• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience as consultant or financial analyst with proven track record
• Advanced MS Office and MS Excel knowledge
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to digest complex data quickly and present clearly
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships and drive improvements
• Experience in managing teams and ensuring financial processes are followed
