As Technical Sales Manager at Cargill, you will lead nutritional dialogues with compound feed customers and distributors across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Your ruminant nutrition expertise will position you as a trusted partner to customers’ nutritionists and field teams. You’ll develop feed concepts and customer solutions, applying the latest technologies from our R&D organization. This role involves cross-border collaboration and shaping commercial strategies to grow trusted relationships and deliver high-quality service.

• Identify and lead customer interactions to capitalize on commercial opportunities and build new business
• Develop new feed concepts, customer solutions, and market approaches using our product portfolio
• Ensure correct application of the latest technologies and innovations from R&D
• Collaborate on projects with international colleagues
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends and report insights to senior management
• Develop and maintain key-account plans with progress and forecasts for regional planning
• Execute sales plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers
• Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s degree in animal or veterinary science
• Proven experience in ruminant nutrition and/or husbandry in sales and technology
• Experience in technical applications and sale of feed additives
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; German is a plus
• Ability to travel ~40%
