Manager ICS/OT security

As Manager OT/ICS Security, you lead the 2LoR function for OT/ICS, shaping governance, risk oversight and assurance across ASML’s industrial environments. You define and monitor the OT/ICS security control framework and advise sectors to embed standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience. You work with security professionals and sector representatives to drive capability, verify controls, and bridge to business stakeholders. This role offers impact in securing critical OT/ICS domains and building a central security team.

• Define and monitor the OT/ICS security control framework
• Provide expert advisory to sectors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure operational resilience in OT/ICS environments
• Drive OT/ICS capability and verify controls performance across ASML
• Collaborate with sector Facing teams to implement policies and standards
• Build and lead the central OT/ICS security team and enable knowledge management
• Oversee a small team including an Architect, Install Base Engineers and BPA’s

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with significant OT/ICS exposure
• Proven experience in risk, governance, or second line (2LoR) roles
• Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, utilities, or critical infrastructure)
• Leadership experience managing teams and senior stakeholders
• Proven track record in Security at strategic level
• Experience with OT/ICS security frameworks and standards (IEC 62443, NIS Regulations, NIST CSF) as well as security architecture and threat modeling
• Experience in risk management, control design, and assurance as well as regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, engineering or related field
