Senior Consultant, Change Management

In this role you will lead change management initiatives and help build dentsu BX’s capability in the Netherlands. You will work within the Northern Europe team to translate analysis into actionable growth strategies for clients and to facilitate executive-level discussions. You’ll shape and deliver workshops, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to the evolution of our change management offerings and knowledge base. This position offers the chance to drive measurable impact across client organizations and support cross-country collaboration and growth.

• Lead change management activities using structured frameworks
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and customer insights
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and growth plans
• Facilitate workshops and partner with executives to drive outcomes
• Contribute to development of consulting offerings, methods, and tools in commercial growth, innovation, and strategy design

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work, with a focus on change management, organizational design and development
• Master's degree from a university or business school
• Dutch as primary language
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders
• Collaborative, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; willingness to take responsibility
