Senior Consultant - Circularity

In this role you help shape strategic projects in the circularity space, collaborating with partners and international teams to deliver waste management and recycling initiatives. You will lead modules in larger projects, coach junior colleagues, and expand Roland Berger’s circularity expertise. You’ll work on diverse client challenges, applying creative problem solving and new business models to optimize resource use. • Lead modules within larger projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
• Coach and develop project team members
• Collaborate with industry experts and contribute to knowledge development
• Participate in office-wide initiatives to advance the firm's thinking in relevant sectors
• Engage with international clients and report to senior management on project progress

• 4–7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or in strategic/operational roles at a large company or public sector
• Experience in waste management and/or recycling is required
• Technical affinity and commercial insight
• Analytical thinking and clear argument structuring
• Precision and open-mindedness
• Experience managing others and delegating work
• Familiar with financial modeling (Excel), presenting (PowerPoint), and storytelling
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
