Team Lead Client Governance & Control

In this role you lead a critical governance domain to safeguard client experience while enabling business growth. You will shape and improve governance and control frameworks across client-facing processes, driving quality, automation, and regulatory awareness. You collaborate with Client Services, Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to ensure policies are current and practical. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a multi-market environment, offering meaningful impact on tax, reporting, and client-facing operations.

• Tax Statement Ownership: decide market coverage for tax statements as a client service
• Tax Reporting Oversight: ensure timely delivery of client tax statements and oversee tax reporting
• Tax Logic Governance: maintain tax calculation algorithms and update for regulatory changes
• Fiscal Expertise Management: engage fiscal experts and translate insights into business solutions
• Control Framework Design: create and improve first-line controls for high-risk client processes
• Automation & Efficiency: drive automation to scale governance and reduce risk
• Policy & Documentation Ownership: keep client policies aligned with processes and compliant
• Complaint & Estate Oversight: ensure timely, quality client complaint handling and estate processing
• People Leadership: lead and develop the governance team

• 7+ years in financial services, brokerage, or a client-focused environment
• proven leadership in operational, control, or governance functions
