ISC Quality Lead Enraf (Delft Area)

In this role you will lead the quality engineering function to ensure products and processes meet high quality and regulatory standards. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and align quality outcomes with business objectives. Your leadership and technical expertise will strengthen product quality, customer satisfaction, and Honeywell's market reputation. This is a strategic role that shapes quality practices across projects and initiatives in a global context.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
• Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (minimum)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Preferably Oil & Gas sector / working field experience
• Experience with quality management systems and processes
• Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery competence
