Corporate M&A Lawyer

In this role you will join Clifford Chance’s Amsterdam Corporate M&A team to advise on high-value, cross-border transactions. You’ll draft and negotiate key documents, lead due diligence, and coordinate multi-office deal teams while collaborating with tax, finance and competition specialists. You’ll work closely with clients and senior lawyers to deliver clear, commercially minded solutions. • Draft and negotiate material deal documents
• Lead due diligence and coordinate cross-border deal teams
• Collaborate with specialists across finance, capital markets, competition and tax
• Direct client interaction and advice with clarity and confidence
• Support senior lawyers and contribute to end-to-end deal execution
• Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, high-quality team culture

• 5–7 years of Corporate M&A experience
• Dutch qualified with a strong academic record
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent drafting and communication skills
• Sharp analytical mind with strong commercial instinct
• Natural collaborator who takes initiative and can simplify complex issues
