Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Automation & Integrations

In this role you will own and evolve the email and LinkedIn automation platform, blending backend, frontend, and infrastructure work. You’ll design and maintain RESTful APIs, build a React-based workflow builder, and ensure reliability and good deliverability. You’ll steer architectural, security, and operational decisions and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to improve UX and performance. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with strong ownership and impact.

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using PHP with the Slim Framework
• Implement core business logic for automation workflows, data processing, and orchestration
• Maintain PostgreSQL databases, including per-customer schemas, migrations, and performance
• Build and maintain React components for the workflow builder and automation interfaces
• Manage application state and real-time updates with WebSockets
• Own infrastructure and operations on AWS (ECS/Fargate, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager) and monitor system health
• Develop and maintain Node.js services for background jobs and integrations
• Handle third-line technical support escalations with Customer Success and perform root-cause analysis
• Contribute to security best practices, data protection, and CASA certification preparation
• Work with email automation (SMTP/IMAP), LinkedIn automation, and multi-step outbound workflows; maintain browser automation and a Chrome extension
• Maintain and extend Puppeteer workflows and integrate with third-party automation providers
• Collaborate with product and UX to improve usability and reliability
