Senior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant

As a Senior Paid Search Consultant, you drive performance for diverse clients by combining data-driven optimization with automated, innovative SEA strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with client goals and contribute to the growth of the Paid Search practice. The role sits within the Creative & Media team, offering exposure to global brands and a culture that values curiosity and delivery. You will present insights to clients and stakeholders, shaping how search drives measurable business impact.

• Spot client challenges and guide the team toward effective solutions
• Leverage automation and data, including AI, to improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaigns, analyze data, and report key metrics with recommendations
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies
• Drive innovation within Paid Search through new approaches and performance methodologies
• Deliver clear presentations in sales meetings and client workshops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign execution and alignment with client goals
• Serve as direct point of contact for SEA-related matters with clients
• Grow clients' accounts through upselling

• Extensive (5+ years) experience creating and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills for optimization
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex ideas
• Independent, analytical, flexible work style
• Dutch and English proficiency (full working)
• Nice to have mentoring/guiding experience
• Available to start from Amsterdam or Rotterdam office
