Senior Strategy Analyst

In this role you partner with segment leaders to design and manage strategic plans, using data-driven analysis to steer value-driven initiatives. You will coordinate annual planning, monitor performance, and support regional and global strategy execution within an international APS team. You’ll lead or contribute to transformation projects and ensure alignment across functions, communicating insights to senior stakeholders. This is a growth-focused role with exposure to M&A, restructuring and major change programs that shape the business. • Support development and refresh of strategic plans and change initiatives with data-driven logic
• Monitor progress using program management tools, sales funnel and financials
• Align strategies across functions (sales, finance, innovation, manufacturing, procurement, asset management)
• Lead/participate in annual Strategy Refresh / Long-Range Planning for assigned segments
• Analyze internal performance data and recommend improvements (customer/product margin, variances, utilization, pricing, working capital)
• Review external data (market sizing, trends, competitor analysis, regulatory environment)
• Lead or contribute to regional/global projects (M&A, restructuring, investment projects, change management)

• Master degree in Engineering and/or Finance; advanced degree or CPA/MBA preferred
• Typically 10-12 years of international corporate experience with strong Strategy background
• Experience in manufacturing industries (plastics, chemical, refining) and in B2B environments
• Understanding of Manufacturing financials (Balance Sheet and P&L) and Supply Chain financials
• Strong proficiency with SAP/OneStream, MS Excel, and Power BI
• English fluency
