Logistics & Scheduling Manager

In this role you lead the factory’s end-to-end Manufacturing Supply Chain, ensuring reliable customer service at the right cost while upholding safety and quality. As MSC Pillar Lead, you set standards, drive improvements, and build an engaged team guided by the site leadership. You shape long-term plans, manage material flow and inventory, and collaborate across functions to reduce losses and improve performance. • Lead and develop the Planning & Logistics team with clear roles and priorities
• Act as an active Site Leadership Team member shaping long-term strategy and investments
• Translate demand, capacity, materials and inventory into production plans
• Ensure material availability and rapid escalation of shortages
• Manage flow of goods from receipt to shipment including warehousing and transport
• Maintain accurate inventory, order closure and reconciliation; reduce obsolete stock
• Run daily and weekly performance reviews with owners and actions
• Lead KHMS MSC roadmap and embed planning, logistics, inventory and execution standards
• Collaborate with Production, FSQ, Maintenance, CI/Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain to remove recurring losses and improve service, cost and cash
• Develop team capability through coaching, standard work and structured problem-solving

• Bachelor’s or master’s level education in a related field
• At least five years of relevant manufacturing supply chain experience
• Two years in a leadership role
• Experience in production planning, material planning, inventory and warehouse/logistics operations
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; AI skills and data analysis/visualisation are an advantage
• Experience with Lean, KHMS or similar manufacturing excellence system
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
