SOLUTION MANAGER

As Solution Manager at Atos Group, you will shape and present high-value, end-to-end IT solutions for customers. You’ll lead bid solution teams, align proposals with business priorities, and manage the full scope from business cases to costs. Your work will span customer engagement, solution design, and governance to deliver secure, innovative environments. This role offers impact through cross-functional leadership, with a clear hook in Agentic AI adoption and large-scale transformation.

• Collaborate with customers to understand priorities and translate them into Atos solutions
• Lead multidisciplinary solution teams to develop integrated, end-to-end proposals
• Manage stakeholder relationships from operational level to CxO
• Present and negotiate compelling, value-driven solutions
• Define solution scope covering business, technology, services, resources, timelines and costs
• Validate solution accuracy through due diligence and information gathering
• Develop cost models aligned with commercial requirements
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and automation as business enablers
• Coordinate bid phases with delivery units and ensure smooth handover to operations
• Identify risks and opportunities for innovation and optimization
• Oversee bid closure and transition to the sponsor or operational authority

• 10–15 years in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles
• Experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud
• Strong leadership experience in a large international organization
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders from operational to CxO level
• Experience in complex solution sales across Applications, Platforms, Data & AI, and Cloud
• Track record managing opportunities valued at 30M+ as end-to-end Solution Manager
• Willingness to travel; Dutch language C1 preferred; Agentic AI experience advantageous
