R2 is seeking a senior Dutch-qualified lawyer to lead its European legal and compliance efforts as Legal & Compliance Senior Lead (IC5). You will own the Netherlands and support Belgium, collaborating with the group Head of Legal and Compliance.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on licensing, data protection and regulatory matters, and manage external counsel to build a scalable compliance operation across the EU.
