Director Facility Europe (m/f/d)

In this senior role, you define and drive the European Facility Management strategy to support growth, resilience, and sustainability. You lead a multi-location FM organization and partner with the Technical Engineering function to ensure governance and high performance. You will shape governance, KPIs, and budget oversight across Europe’s logistics sites, offices, and HQ, delivering impact through cross-functional collaboration. • Develop and implement a future-oriented European FM strategy aligned with growth, resilience, and sustainability
• Lead and develop the international FM organization with clear governance and accountability
• Ensure efficient, compliant operations across logistics sites, warehouses, HQ, and offices
• Provide strategic guidance to the Technical Engineering function, aligning with business priorities
• Manage multi-million-euro CAPEX and OPEX budgets, improve transparency and vendor performance
• Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks for continuous performance improvement
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive Management

• 10+ years of international Facility Management experience, preferably in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing/industrial environments
• Proven strategic leadership experience managing multiple international locations
• Track record of leading large teams and building high-performing organizations
• Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes
• Structured, strategic mindset with ability to build scalable processes and governance
• Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
• Fluent English; German or Dutch is a strong advantage
