Enterprise, Solutions Consultant

In this role, you will drive adoption and expansion of Navan Expense within enterprise accounts by applying your accounting and finance expertise to implement and optimize the solution. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support and Operations to ensure client success and revenue growth, acting as the subject‑matter expert on policy efficiencies, ERP integrations, and spend management. You will train Account Managers, resolve complex questions, and help shape product development from the voice of customers. This position offers visibility across leadership and the opportunity to scale a high‑growth product line in a global SaaS environment.

• Develop deep understanding of Navan Expense and its value proposition
• Implement the Expense solution for clients and help them realize benefits
• Support Account Managers with policy efficacy, accounting process compliance, and ERP integrations
• Train and elevate the Account Management team to drive usage and revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, operations and implementation teams to influence product development and client outcomes

• 4+ years of accounting/finance background with ERP integrations or month-end close experience
• 3+ years as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in fintech with large strategic customers
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of high performance and success
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
