Senior Solutions Architect - Lakebase

In this role you will partner with GTM and account teams to accelerate adoption of the Lakebase product line. You will act as a trusted Solutions Architect, shaping engagements across territories and delivering compelling demos, presentations, and collateral. You’ll influence product direction by translating field insights into roadmap recommendations and resolve complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments. This position offers the chance to impact revenue growth by accelerating product-market fit and facilitating scalable customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and thought leadership in data, AI, and lakehouse domains

• Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across territory in collaboration with GTM leadership and account teams
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical champion to drive product adoption and vision with stakeholders
• Develop customer-facing collateral, workshops, and demos to scale client enablement and knowledge
• Influence product roadmaps via data-driven field insights shared with Product and Engineering teams
• Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point to ensure customer success in critical environments
• Co-plan large territories with Account Executives and coordinate across GTM and R&D teams
• Collaborate with Global System Integrators and third-party consultancies to achieve customer outcomes
• Build and present solutions involving SQL, Python, and cloud-based architectures across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, and streaming

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role influencing technical executives
• Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives and coordinate cross-functionally
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and third-party consultancies
• Proficient in SQL and Python for programming, debugging, and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience building solutions in major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Broad exposure across data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming
• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar
• Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
