Application & Sales Engineer

In this role you turn customer requests into concrete retrofit solutions. You collaborate with Sales to understand needs, design and quote options, and provide cost estimates for retrofits. You help refine sales strategies and lead project handovers, contributing to a cross‑functional, international team. You’ll work on high‑impact improvements for manufacturing facilities, combining technical insight with commercial sense. • Analyze customer requests from the Sales team to understand needs
• Envision and quote retrofit solutions in collaboration with Sales Manager and customers
• Provide cost estimation and retrofit information
• Review and enhance sales strategies
• Prepare and lead project handovers

• A technical degree or relevant technical experience
• Knowledge of industrial operations and processes; commercial and technical
• Familiarity with the packaging and processing industry is a strong asset
• Experience in budget preparation and commercial offer development
